Terms & Conditions:

1. Membership Subscription
   • By subscribing to Heartsome’s recurring membership plan, customers authorize Heartsome to automatically charge the selected payment method according to the chosen subscription monthly cycle.
2. Billing Cycle
   • Payments will be automatically charged on the same date of each billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
3. Product Delivery
   • Baby essentials will be delivered according to the selected package plan and delivery schedule provided during subscription registration.
4. Price Adjustment
   • Heartsome reserves the right to revise pricing, product bundle contents, or membership benefits with prior notice to members at least fourteen (14) days before changes take effect.
5. Cancellation Policy
   • Customers may cancel their recurring membership by providing written notice at least seven (7) days before the next billing cycle.
   • Cancellation requests submitted after billing has been processed will apply to the following cycle.
6. Refund Policy
   • Payments made are strictly non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.
   • Refunds or replacements are only applicable for:
     • Incorrect items delivered
     • Damaged items during delivery
     • Manufacturing defects
   • Claims must be submitted within three 14 days upon receiving the products together with clear photo proof.
7. Failed Payment
   • If automatic payment fails, Heartsome reserves the right to suspend deliveries until payment is successfully completed.
8. Customer Responsibility
   • Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address and payment information remain updated and accurate.
9. Modification of Subscription
   • Customers may request to upgrade, downgrade, or modify their package before the next billing cycle.
